Can I upload an entire folder of audio files?

Depending on your web browser, you may upload entire folders of audio files into the Nomono web app.

Some web browsers make folder uploads easy, while others can be a bit tricky. Try one of these ways of uploading a complete folder of audio files into the Nomono web app.

1) Drag and drop

Click and drag the audio folder into your Project

2) Using the file browser

• Click "New folder" located at the top-right within the Project-view and enter an appropriate name for this folder.
• Enter the folder you just created and click “Upload files” in the top-right of the folder-view and navigate to the location of your audio.
• Hold down the CMD-key (Mac) or CTRL-key (Windows) and select all your audio files and upload. 

Uploading multiple files and folders

If you upload multiple files at once, please note that if they have the same duration, they will be considered part of the same recording. Audio of different duration are shown as separate recordings.

The same applies to files within a folder that have the same duration. They are also grouped as one recording; otherwise, they’re shown as separate recordings within a new subfolder.
