How do I upgrade my current plan?

If you notice that your storage fills up quickly or you struggle to keep enough space available for all of your ongoing projects, you may want to consider upgrading your Nomono Studio plan.

Note: Only Admins can perform subscription upgrades.

Step 1 - Navigate to your Subscription settings

Step 2 - Select "Your Plan" and press the "Upgrade" button to see your options

Step 3 - Explore your options

  1. Switch between monthly or annual billing
  2. Set the correct currency
  3. Choose to upgrade to either our Basic, Professional or Premium plan.

Add-ons are available for users who are already on a paid plan or who consider upgrading to these plans. For the Premium plan the add-on menu looks like this:

  1. Bundle: Bundle hardware with a Studio Cloud plan to save more. If you already have Nomono hardware you can ignore this option. 
  2. Storage: How much audio data you can keep stored in Nomono Cloud. This does not refresh on a monthly basis but is consistently kept at the desired amount. 
  3. Monthly enhancement minute limit: Choose how many minutes of enhancement you wish to be able to process per month. The usage refreshes from month to month but unused minutes do not carry over. 
  4. Editor seats: Choose how many editors you want
  5. Billing: Chose whether to run a monthly subscription or an annual one. A 20% discount is available to customers who choose to commit to an annual subscription.

Choose the desired add-ons and billing frequency and press Continue to payment to complete.
