I cannot find my recording, what do I do?
Recordings upload to the Nomono Cloud when the Sound Capsule is connected to WiFi and are assigned to the user and workspace indicated in the Nomono Companion app at the time of recording. If you can’t find your recording, it might not have been uploaded, or it might be in a different workspace.
To locate a missing recording, please double-check which Workspace was used during the upload. Sometimes, recordings are mistakenly uploaded to the wrong Workspace. You can verify the currently selected Workspace on the Sound Capsule’s display in the bottom right corner.
If the recording is still missing, feel free to reach out to us, and we can assist with a deeper investigation to retrieve the file.
