My recording is not uploaded, what do I do?

Check the Space Recorder display for pending uploads, and ensure you are connected to WiFi. Verify user and workspace settings in the Studio app, as described below. For assistance, contact support@nomono.co or fill out this form.


Users may have access to one or more workspaces. To identify the workspace where your recordings are being uploaded, refer to the bottom right corner of the Space Recorder display, as shown here.


If you wish to modify the workspace for your uploads, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Studio app on your phone.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Home' tab using the tab switcher at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap on your workspace name located in the top left corner to access workspace settings.
  4. Select your preferred destination workspace.
  5. Head over to the 'Record' tab and enter your kit - the workspace will now be updated.
