I shared a recording but my recipient can't access it, what do we do?

Are you experiencing trouble accessing a recording someone has shared with you? This guide outlines what to do if you can't access the recording.

In this guide, we'll be referring to the person who shared the recording with you as 'the Owner', and the person receiving the recording, as 'the Recipient'.

Step 1

Recipient's task:

  • Inform the Owner which email you want the recording to be shared with.

Step 2

Owner's task:

  1. Log into your Nomono Cloud account.
  2. Navigate to the specific recording you intend to share.
  3. Click on the three dots located on the right side of the recording.

Step 3

Owner's task:

  • Click "Share".

Step 4

Owner's task:

  • Verify that the Recipient's email address is correctly listed under the shared recording's details (there's no emails listed in the picture below).

Step 5

Recipient's task:

  • Log into your Nomono Cloud account using the correct email address 
  • Click "Shared with me" in the left menu bar.

Recipient's task:

You should now see the shared recording. If the recording is not visible, please contact our support team for further assistance.
