How do I download a recording?

Recordings and Episodes can be downloaded from multiple locations in Nomono Cloud. You have different options to choose from, depending on whether you want to download an Episode or a Recording. Let’s take a look at them one at a time:

Steps to Download a Recording:

1. Locate Your Recording: Find your desired audio file or recording in Nomono Cloud.
2. Access Download Options: Click the three dots to the right of the recording and select “Download.”

Download Options:

• Original: The unaltered audio file you uploaded.
• Enhanced: Improved quality using Nomono Cloud’s AI enhancements. This option requires running the AI enhancement process first. (For guidance, click here).
• Spatialized & Enhanced: Enhanced audio with voice tracks spread for a spatial effect, available for Sound Capsule recordings.

Steps to Download an Episode:

Download Locations:

1. Within the Editor: Click “Download” at the top right or access the dropdown by clicking the three dots.
2. From Home or Project/Folder View: Click the three dots next to the episode and select “Download.”

Download Options:

• File Format: Choose MP3 for immediate podcast hosting or WAV for continued editing to maintain quality.
• Loudness Level:
  • Podcast (-18 LUFS): Ideal for podcast platforms.
  • Broadcast TV/Radio (-23 LUFS): Suitable for TV/radio or further editing.
