How do I locate my Sound Capsule serial number?

To assist Nomono customer support, you might need to provide the serial number of your Sound Capsule. Follow these steps to locate it easily.


On the Sound Capsule

  1. Press and hold the Down Arrow button on your Space Recorder for approximately 5 seconds until the Control Panel menu appears.

  2. In the Control Panel, navigate to Advanced options using the arrow buttons and press the record button once to select.

  3. In the Advanced options menu, navigate to My devices using the arrow buttons and press the record button once to select.

  4. Take note of the Sound Capsule serial number, located at the very top of the list.

In the Studio App

You can also locate the Sound Capsule serial number from within the Studio App. You will find the serial number in the About section of the Sound Capsule settings:
