      Check your software version: Sound Capsule

      Want to check what software version your Sound Capsule is currently running on? Check the quick guide below.

      Step 1:

      • Wake up your Sound Capsule by removing the lid.

      Step 3:

      • Grab your mobile phone.
      • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.

       

       

      Step 4:

      • Open up the Companion App on your mobile phone.

       

       

      Step 5:

      • Tap your Sound Capsule.

      Step 6:

      • Tap the settings icon.

      Step 7:

      Tap the "About" section.

      Step 8:

      Locate the text "Software version" and look at the number to the right. This is the software version your Sound Capsule is currently running.

      In the following example, the software version is:

      2023.08.25-2

      If we have requested you to let us know what software version your Sound Capsule is currently running, this is the number you need. Make sure you include all the numbers, dots and anything else between the numbers.

      Make sure you're running the latest software version on your Sound Capsule.
