Why Does Studio Cloud Say I’m on the Free Plan When I’ve Paid for an Upgraded Plan?

Learn why your account may still show the Free plan and how to activate your included Professional or Premium subscription.

If you purchased a Professional Plan or Premium Plan that includes a Stellar Kit or Sound Capsule, but your Studio Cloud account still shows the Free Plan, this usually means the activation code has not yet been redeemed.

Don’t worry - your subscription is included with your purchase. It just needs to be activated.

Why This Happens

When you completed your purchase, you were presented with an activation code at checkout.

We also:

  • Sent the activation code to you by email immediately after purchase

  • Send follow-up reminder emails if the code has not been activated

Until this activation code is entered into your Nomono Studio Cloud account, your account will remain on the Free Plan.

How to Fix It

Locate Your Activation Code

Search your email inbox for a message from Nomono containing your Studio Cloud activation code.

If you can’t find the email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Search for “Nomono” in your inbox

If you’re still unable to locate it, please contact our support team and we’ll help you retrieve it:

Contact Nomono Support

Enter the Activation Code

Once you have your activation code, head over to Studio Cloud to activate your upgraded plan.

To learn how this is done, please refer to this guide:

After redeeming the code, your account will automatically upgraded.
