My Sound Capsule is not responding, what do I do?

If your Sound Capsule is unresponsive, try performing a Hard Reset. This process is completely safe for your recordings and works similarly to disconnecting the power source, allowing the system to reboot and potentially fix any stuck processes, bugs, or glitches.

 

Important: Do not initiate a Hard Reset while recording, as it will disrupt and fail to save the ongoing recording.

 

To perform a hard reset:

  1. Ensure the Space Recorder is undocked from the charging case and not connected to a charger.
  2. Press and hold the “V” and “O” buttons (arrow down and record) for about 15 seconds.
